Addingham Moorside

The Moorside area consists of a considerable number of farms, or former farms, on the slope south of the village up to Rombald's Moor. The principle roads are Cocking Lane, from the A65 east of the village, and Turner Lane from Silsden Road to the west.

Addingham prepares for Britain in Bloom

The village is competing in the National Britain in Bloom competition this year and preparations, led by Addingham Garden Friends, are already underway.

We hope that all villagers and businesses will do your bit to help by:-

  • Making frontages and front gardens attractive and put out hanging baskets/planters visible from the street.
  • Keep pavements etc. swept and free from weeds.
  • Ensure that the village is free of litter & dog mess.
